Perfect compression socks to improve your blood flow and decrease leg swelling and pain. SRC Compression Socks are designed for anyone that spends a lot of time on their feet to relieve the tired achy legs.

SRC Compression Socks for Women may lower your risk of getting circulation problems like deep vein thrombosis (DVT) or varicose veins.

Wear these socks as a standalone item or with our shorts or mini. Do not wear with any or our leggings and the both together will provide too much compression on the lower leg.

SRC Compression Socks for Women maybe be beneficial:

- During pregnancy
- In improving performance and recovery in athletes
- For use as flight socks or by people who are bed ridden and cannot move their legs for extensive periods
- For people who spend a long time on their feet
- For diabetics

Additionally, research has shown that daytime wear of Graduated Compression socks can be considered a safe and effective intervention for nocturia (frequency of urination during their main sleep period) ( Mizoguchi et al 2023).

FITTING INSTRUCTIONS

Make sure your foot is completely dry.

Place your hand into the sock pinching the heel pocket and turning the sock inside out creating a toe tunnel.

Place your fingers into the garment and stretch out whilst inserting your foot.

Put on a pair of textured rubber gloves to provide necessary grip to pull on the sock. Check the sock is evenly distributed from the knee through to the ankle, so that there are no creases.

Make sure that the top of the sock band is 2 fingers below the crease of the knee.

Do not fold over the top of the sock.

To remove the sock, grasp the top band and begin to slide it down the leg. Once you get to the heel pocket use the rubber gloves to slide it off the foot.
