High quality exercise band pre-formed into a loop. You do not have to cut and tie it. Use the pre-made exercise loop to perform almost any upper or lower body exercise. Comes in three lengths to accommodate for different exercise requirements. Progressive levels of resistance to accommodate different strength ranges.
Lengths represent loop when it is flat. A 25cm loop is equivalent to 50cm of flat band cut and tied in a knot. Loops are 7.5cm wide. 25cm loop ideal for upper body exercises. 38cm loop ideal for lower body exercises. 76cm loop can be used for full body exercises.
