How long will my order take to arrive?
For items in stock, orders placed before 12pm Mon-Fri will be shipped the same day. Please note these time frames are approximate and do not apply during periods of high demand.
Orders sent via Australia Post – Parcel Post from our Melbourne Warehouse: Transit times on average take 3-6 business days, for more accurate estimates view here.
Orders sent via Australia Post – Express Post from our Melbourne Warehouse: Transit times on average take 1-3 business days, for more accurate estimates view here.
What if I change my mind?
If you change your mind, you can return your order for a full refund within 14 days. Please note, that all items must be unworn and in original condition for your refund to be honoured.
Can I exchange a product?
Yes! You can exchange your product within 14 days, as long as the item is unworn and in original condition.
Once approved, we will require payment for the replacement order to be supplied, and once we have received your goods into our warehouse, we will process a refund via your method of payment.
Can I check the status of my order?
Yes, your order history is listed in 'My Account'. If you have any queries about the status of an order, your intended delivery address or items on backorder, contact Customer Service on retail@oaplshop.com.au, or 1300 672 937 (Option 1: Customer Service).
If I have ordered the wrong item/size, do I have to pay for the return postage?
Yes, items that have been purchased incorrectly will need to be returned at the buyer’s expense. Please contact us if you wish to return a product.
Is Click & Collect an option?
Please note click and collect is not currently available.
What postage options are available?
The standard shipping method for all orders placed through oaplshop.com.au is Australia Post. Shipping is FREE for all online orders above $40.
For express postage, your order will be shipped using Australia Post Express.
I need help placing an order, who can I speak to?

If you are a practitioner, please visit the OPC Health website as oaplshop.com is for members of the general public.
My order still hasn't arrived, what can I do?
Please call Customer Service on 1300 672 937 if your order does not arrive within the time frame for your area as determined on the Australia Post website.
If you’ve ordered through the website, you should have been emailed your tax invoice (beginning with PSIN) when the items are ready for dispatch. To track your order, enter the “consignment number” into Australia Post.
Alternatively, download the Australia Post app to be notified of all your deliveries.
Do you have any retail stores which I can go to and try out the Item?
We do not have any physical retail stores or showrooms to view and try out products. If you are unsure on what brace to purchase, you can book an appointment for oapl’s clinical services here.
My order arrived but it's incorrect. What happens now?
Although all our orders are processed with care, we're only human and mistakes can happen. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us with your order number and we'll do our best to resolve it as soon as possible.
